Which is the best package for me?
If you have work coming in but are not yet big enough to hire your own compliance team then we often find it most cost effective to handover a lot of the work to a specialist (Gold). However, if you are still building up your pipeline of work or already have some resources available for compliance then Silver or Bronze may suit you best. Very large firms are less likely to benefit from the ‘Gold’ package however and may be better off hiring someone internally. If you contact us then we would be more than happy to guide you on the most suitable option.
What templates and e-learning are included?
In board terms our templates cover SRA, AML and GDPR compliance including client care and terms templates and SRA price transparency / website compliance templates. Is your content kept up to date?
Absolutely. The advantage of the subscription is that you receive ongoing access to our most up to date tools and templates.
Am I tied in?
Not at all. We always encourage our clients to be wary of service providers who wish to tie them into something for several years. For some subscriptions we have a clear minimum term owing to the value of content people can access on day one and thereafter you can end your subscription at any time on one months’s notice.
